Woking Dance Space is a Not For Profit Organisation, operating since 1996. We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and our service and invite your comments if we fail in any way. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery times and Postage costs.

Our delivery times for instock items, in the UK, is normally 2-5 working days.

Items such as retro Show DVDs are created to order, so will experience a delay which we will endeavour to minimise wherever possible.

Show Tickets will have a set release date, that will be communicated on each order. Once this date has passed, tickets will be posted in 2-5 working days until show week, at which point in person collection will be the only shipping option.

Refunds & Returns

The webshop covers 2 types of product. Booking classes taking place at the studio, and tangible items such as DVDs, show tickets and other merchandise. We want you to be happy with your purchase but must employ the following policy. 

- If you are unable to attend a booked class, please reply to your WDS Confirmation email with details, before the scheduled start time of the class, and WDS will process your refund at their earliest convenience.  Please note the 30p transaction fee is non refundable. If notification is received after the start of the class, we are unable to refund and your class fee is forfeit. 

- For items bought such as DVDs or merchandise, we can either exchange for another item or offer a refund, within a 30day period of despatch of your order.

Pricing and Payment.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the standard rate (20%).

Whilst it is our intention to keep the Website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

When ordering you must state the correct card holders details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in details may cause a delay.

We charge a 30p processing fee on each transaction. This is non refundable.

Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout the Website.

Credit card security.

We use Paypal to process payment for our on-line orders.  This is one of the most secure credit card payment methods available, using all the latest encryption methods. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.

Accuracy of website

We aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible, If any product we supply is different from the description given we will replace or refund.

Offers, Coupons & Discounts.

Offers cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to vary, suspend, or cancel offers without notice.

Events outside our control.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations when caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, inclement weather, including storms, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; Systems affected as a result of computer hacking or virus; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated in this page. You will be subject to the policies and the Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order from, or contact us. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes come into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Woking Dance Space is committed to protecting your privacy online and we appreciate that you want the personal information you provide to us to be kept private. Here we explain how we collect information through the web site, what we do with it and what controls you have. 

What data do we collect? So that we can provide you with services and respond to your enquiry, you may be required to provide relevant information. You are under no obligation to provide such information, however, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to contact you, resolve your enquiry or fulfil your order.

How is the information used? Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us, for the purpose of answering your query or providing service(s) and our secure payment company, for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may also use your information to send you relevant marketing information should you subscribe to it. 

All marketing email correspondence will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from future mailings.

Who else is the information shared with? We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Woking Dance Space website or its visitors. This website may contain links to other websites. Woking Dance Space is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such web sites. Please rest assured that we will never sell your information to any third party.

Woking Dance Space places a great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our contacts and consequently we take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of contact data under our control.

This information is limited to the IP address of the computer you are using to access the site. This information is used solely for admin purposes to monitor levels of usage of the web site.
